Spencer Tunick's art of naked people
Pose naked for art...in public? Enjoy this humorous and illuminating expose of artist Spencer Tunick's dynamic and often misunderstood work. This warts-and-all documentary chronicles Tunick's exhausting five-month of America, in which he convinced thousands of Americans of every race, shape and size to pose in the buff...

Watch: Naked States
Join Tunick on his epic journey as he photographs a nude in every state, a goal which takes him to a number of intriguing subcultures, from a biker rally in South Dakota to the Burning Man festival in the Mojave Desert, to a massive outdoor festival featuring the band Phish.
As well as examining the dilemmas Tunick faces, all the people are volunteers, so he's often unsure whether he'll get 10 participants or 1,000. The film also hears from the volunteers themselves, and finds art, politics, body image and American culture are all contributing reasons for taking their clothes off in public.

Tunick is brilliant and this doc is a classic. One has to wonder how many people he could find to shoot in the considerably more repressed society of today.

How do these people find the courage to bare their intimate parts in the presence of, and close proximity to, other people of both sexes ?
