Mickey Rourke on Inside The Actors Studio

This enormously popular talk show series has been running for over 12 years and is famed for attracting the cream of Hollywood stars – inviting them to discuss the craft of their profession. Here on Sky Arts, we'll be broadcasting episodes from seasons 12 and 13, which include interviews with some of the biggest names in Hollywood.

As the star of the 2008 film The Wrestler – winner of the Golden Lion Award for Best Film at the Venice Film Festival - Mickey Rourke made the comeback of his life.

Trained as a boxer in his early years, Rourke spent a short time as a professional boxer in the 1990s. He won a 2009 Golden Globe award and a BAFTA award, and was nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award and an Academy Award for his part as Randy in the film The Wrestler.

The American actor and screenplay writer joins James Lipton for Inside The Actors Studio to talk about one of the biggest Hollywood come-back of the last decade.

Tune into Sky Arts to find out how Rourke answered the following questions:

What is your favourite word?
What is your least favourite word?
What turns you on?
What turns you off?
What sound or noise do you love?
What sound or noise do you hate?
What is your favourite curse word?
What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
What profession would you not like to do?
If Heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the Pearly Gates?
