The Electric Light Orchestra's 1978 charity gig

Satin outfits, big hair, aviators and dodgy moustaches were the order of the day at ELO’s 1978 Wembley concert.
One of the most successful rock bands of the 70s, The Electric Light Orchestra focus on their Out of the Blue album in this charity concert.
Introduced by Tony Curtis, they perform the catchy tunes and unforgettable choruses of songs such as Living Thing, Roll Over Beethoven, Do Ya and Mr Blue Sky. Renowned for their spectacular gigs, their distinctive blend of pop, rock and classical overtones is accompanied by a retro light show on the legendary stage in the Wembley Arena, creating a stunning 13-song set from Roy Wood and Jeff Lynne’s seven-strong British band.
