Sue Perkins took me right back to my teenage years when I also did piano up to Grade VIII and experienced the horrors of competitions when nerves seemed to give my fingers a will of their own! She also reminded me that performance can be fulfilling and if not for those nightmare experiences I would never have had the many pleasures music has given and continues to give in my life. Thanks Sue. Keep practising!
